Kim n Kanye Fraud Baby Pics.

Kanye and Kim set a trap for their friends to see which one would sell a picture of their new baby. According to TMZ, they received a photo purportedly of North West but when they checked with Kim's camp to see if it was the real baby pic, they discovered they had received one of several decoy photos distributed by the couple.

TMZ reports:
Someone has been trying to sell this baby pic for a lot of $$$$ -- allegedly the spawn of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.  But sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, it's a fraud!
So here's what we're being told. Kim felt people in her world were going to hawk baby photos, so she wanted to catch the culprits quickly.  We're told Kim hatched a plan and sent a half-dozen of her "friends" pictures of a baby she claimed was North West -- but we're told it was an impostor infant.
Sure enough ... someone came along and tried selling us this pic (above).  Gotta say ... it looks like it could be Kim and Kanye's baby.  It has the right ... well, you know ... but Kim would obviously pick a pic of an impostor baby that had the qualities of her own child.

Our K & K sources have seen the pic and claim it's not the real deal.

By the way ... we also got hold of another pic of a baby Kim sent to several other friends -- Bogus Baby #2.  We're told she's waiting to see if someone tries to sell this one as well.


Kim please give your baby a break.

Billionaire US Talk show host Oprah Winfrey is back as the No.1 most powerful celebrity in the world according to a list recently released by Forbes, a position she's held four times before. She was runner up in 2011 and 2012.

Omotola in Hollywood Series

Omotola made her US TV debut in new drama series titled 'Hit The Floor' which aired last night on VH1. She had a small role but represented well and looked really beautiful. She played Akon's wife, Omatelo, and they were both shown at a fund raising party on the show.

Facebook can get boring sometimes after you've
posted updates, replied to friends updates, seen
pictures, checked whats going on in your favourite
groups and fan pages.

In an attempt to spice things up a bit and give users
more to do and talk about, the social network giant
has added Facebook #Hashtags

What is a #Hashtag
It is a word or phrase(with no spaces) that begins
with the # sign.

Hashtag (originally created by twitter users)
is a way of organizing or gathering subjects
being discussed or highlighting keywords into a
single readable structure.
It lets you see what others are talking about.

Twitter, Instagram, Google +, Pinterest and other
social networks have had this awesome feature since
they began but for some reason (probably Pride)
Facebook didn't use it until now.

NGF crisis: PDP governors set to reconcile Jonathan, Amaechi — Akpabio

Governors elected on the platform of the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) have launched a peace
initiative to reconcile Governor Rotimi Amaechi with
President Goodluck Jonathan and the leadership of
the ruling party.

Governor Amaechi is currently on suspension for
allegedly suspending the chairman and councillors
of Obio/Akpor Local Council.
The national leadership of the PDP wants the
suspension of the council reversed.
The governor declined, saying the suspension was
imposed by the state House of Assembly to enable it
investigate the alleged corruption in the council.

The PDP Governors’ Forum is led by Governor
Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State who was
drafted by the party leadership to chair the newly
created forum apparently to diminish the influence of
the Nigerian Governors’ Forum and its chairman,

Amaechi, who was bent on running for a second
term.
Amaechi went on to win the NGF election by 19 votes
to the 16 for Governor Jonah Jang of Plateau who
was highly favoured by the Presidency and the PDP.
Governor Aliyu Wamakko of Sokoto State who was
also suspended for insubordination to the party’s
national chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, was
recalled last week.
It was gathered yesterday that the PDP governors are
desperate to end the feud between Amaechi and the
party with a view to healing the wounds inflicted on
the PDP by the face-off.

The reconciliation is said to have been categorised as
priority by the peace initiators.
However ,the planned talks may come with some
strings attached.

Akpabio, speaking to reporters in Abuja
said: “The forum is working round the clock to
ensure all outstanding issues are resolved and all its
members brought back to the forum to enable them
participate fully in all activities of the party.

“The reconciliation among the governors is already
ongoing. If you noticed yesterday (Thursday’s NEC
meeting), we had almost all the governors of the PDP
there. You saw almost every governor was there; even
the recently recalled governor of Sokoto State
attended the meeting.
“So, almost all the PDP governors were there. If there
was any PDP governor that wasn’t there yesterday,
he was probably on official duty for the Federal
Government and for the nation.
“I know that the governor of Benue State, Governor
Suswam, is a member of the NIPP Committee,
running around, looking for investors in the power
sector and I think they travelled to Hong Kong.
“So, he wasn’t there and I think his deputy was there
too. So, you can see that peace is gradually returning
to the fold of the entire PDP and I assure you that all
issues will be resolved.
“A pressman asked me the other day that, yes, you
have recalled the governor of Sokoto State through
the National Working Committee; what about the
governor of Rivers State.
“And I pointed out that the governor of Sokoto State
didn’t go to court and that the other matter, regarding
my brother, the governor of Rivers State, is in court
and was, therefore, subjudice.
“But we are exploring all means to ensure out of court
settlement and to bring back everybody to the fold. It
is important to note that we are very determined in
the PDP Governors’ Forum to bring our brothers back
together.”

He said the PDP is determined to increase the
number of its governors and not to deplete it.
His words: “The intention of our forum isn’t to lose a
single governor; instead, we want to increase in the
number. Because when I came in as a governor in
2007, we had almost 29 governors in the PDP.
“But through various court judgments and internal
wrangling, the number depleted until we are now
about 23.”

He stressed the need for the party to put its act
together before the November governorship election
in Anambra and the 2014 elections in Osun and
Ekiti states. The three states are being controlled by
the opposition.
“I can tell you we are lucky that we have elections
coming up in November in Anambra State. We have
two elections coming up in Osun and Ekiti states
next year (2014) and the PDP is ready to work
together, put its house in order and go out there and
face the electorate.
“And you know very well that outside internal
wrangling, Nigerians believe in the PDP.”
Akpabio said the last meeting of the National
Executive Committee (NEC) signified the progress in
the party’s reconciliatory efforts.
The camp of Gov. Amaechi declined to speak on the
peace proposal last night.

The governor’s chief press secretary, Mr. David
Iyofor, said he had no comment to make on the
matter when contacted.

Chris Brown removes duet with Rihanna from his upcoming album

According to celebrity entertainment site,
Hollywood Life, Chris Brown wants the duet he
made with Rihanna back when they were still
together cut from his upcoming sixth studio album,
X. Rihanna and Chris collaborated on a song titled
Put It Up, that was set to appear on the album but
not any more as Chris wants it removed and
wouldn’t allow the album to be released unless his
label removes the song. Record execs are still
hoping to convince Chris or pay him more to change
his mind because it would be a hit. So far he is said
to be adamant.
X is scheduled to be released July 16.

The sex-tape of Big Brother Africa Zimbabwean
representative Pokello Nare was leaked and widely
spread on the internet few weeks after the show
began and it tainted her image badly.

According to Ghafla, Pokello’s father, Rtd Col Nare
says the incident does not mean his daughter has
loose morals as she had a boyfriend and was
enjoying herself in private.

‘The video footage was not meant for public
consumption and the person who leaked it should be
guilty of character assassination. My daughter has a
strong personality and would not be weakened by
that. She is a successful businesswoman’ said Rtd

Saga:- Gay Kaduna businessman stabbed for raping a guy

You read some stories and all you can do is shake your head. According to this story from Nigerian Tribune, a Kaduna based successful business man named Alhaji Habu (pictured right in hospital after being stabbed) invited Kabiru (pictured left) to his home, where he proceeded to drug his tea and have sex with him. Kabiru claimed he was initially too weak to fight him off when Alhaji Habu penetrated him but eventually managed to gain enough strength to get the man he called 'uncle' off him, using a knife.

Meanwhile, Alhaji Habu is telling a different story. He claimed Kabiru came to his house and asked to spend the night, and in the middle of the night Kabiru tried to rob him and attacked with him a knife. The first explanation sounds more plausible.

Student shot dead @ UNIBEN

A 200level Mathematics student of the University of Benin known as Snazzy was shot in the head by an unknown gun man around 2pm yesterday afternoon during the biometrics registration held in the university sports complex.

Eye witnesses say the gunman dropped the gun and disappeared into the crowd before he could be identified. Snazzy was immediately rushed to the University of Benin Teaching Hospital.

PDP Rumble

President Goodluck Jonathan’s attempts to resolve the crisis rocking the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) might be unsuccessful as there are indications that the Rivers State governor, Rotimi Amaechi, and his Sokoto State counterpart, Aliyu Wamakko, may refuse to appear before the peace panel set up by the President.

The committee has Governors Godswill Akpabio (Akwa Ibom), Gabriel Suswam (Benue), Emmanuel Uduaghan (Delta), Ibrahim Shema (Katsina), Theodore Orji (Abia) and Isa Yuguda(Bauchi) as members.

Others on the committee are the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. Pius Anyim; Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Ahmed Gulak; and the Chief of Staff to the President, Chief Mike Oghiadomhe.

Our correspondents learnt that Amaechi and Wamakko, who are both on indefinite suspension from the party, might refuse to honour an invitation from the panel over fears that its composition would not guarantee fairness.

This is hinged on the fact that the six governors are also members of a breakaway faction of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum headed by Plateau State Governor, Jonah Jang.

The faction arose after the election of Amaechi on May 24 was rejected by some PDP governors, who decided to pitch tent with Jang.

There are also fears that the panel may ask Amaechi to drop his leadership pf the NGF in return for his recall to the party.

Amaechi was suspended from the party some days later for failing to heed its advice not to seek a second term.

Wamakko was suspended last week for failing to heed the party’s invitation to answer charges of alleged anti-party activities.

However, it is believed that his suspension was in reaction to his support for Amaechi.

The presidential panel is expected to review the suspension of both governors and mak recommendations on ways of resolving the crisis.

Amaechi’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr. David Iyofor, initially promised to call our correspondent back. But subsequent attempts to reach him failed as he did not pick calls to his phone.

But the Majority Leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Mr. Chidi Lloyd, said Amaechi would not honour any invitation from the panel since a court had restrained parties to his suspension from taking any further step on the matter.

“What I can say is that the matter is subjudice because the court has said that parties in the case (suspension of Amaechi) should not take any action that will affect the matter.

“But the fact remains that the Rivers State governor is amenable to peace and the sustenance of peace.

“Parties are not expected to discuss anything pertaining to the suspension until the determination of the suit,” Lloyd said.

When contacted, Wamakko’s Director of Press and Public Relations, Sani Umar, said the governor would wait and see how the panel conducts its assignment before deciding on the next step.

He also said insinuations that Wamakko’s alleged refusal to acknowledge Akpabio’s leadership of the PDP Governors’ Forum was one of the reasons for the governor’s suspension.

Sani said, “When did he say he would not submit to the leadership of Akpabio and where? It’s a lie and if he did he’ll not deny it. We wait and see how the committee will go about its assignment.”

Heavy Police Presence In PH Ahead Of Patience Jonathan's Visit

There was heavy Police presence on major roads in Port Harcourt Friday as the wife of the President; Mrs Patience Jonathan was being expected.

Vanguard gathered that Mrs Jonathan is to attend a wedding ceremony of a member of the state House of Assembly, Hon Evans Bipi, on Saturday. Hon Bipi is among the five anti-governor Amaechi lawmakers in the state House of Assembly.

Meantime, De Norsemen Kclub of Nigeria has warned politicians in Rivers state and beyond not to drag the name of the Kclub into the political crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the state.

A statement issued Friday in Port Harcourt and signed by the De Guv'nor, Rivers state chapter, Mr Raph Zabbey, said they were aware some persons were already parading as members of the De Norsemen Kclub and taking sides in the political crisis rocking the PDP in the state.

Continuing, the De Guv'Nor said the Norsemen Kclub was not a political association just as it again warned those dragging its name into politics to discontinue such act. He said the group would not hesitate to institute legal action against anyone parading as its member when he is not.

Mr Zabbey who also appealed to the political class not to drag none political bodies such as the De Norsemen Kclub into the politics of the state said the group was only registered to render service to humanity.

Composer of Nigeria’s National Anthemm passes on

 

The composer of  Nigeria’s National Anthem, Pa Benedict Elise Odiase  has reportedly died in his sleep at his Oregun home in Lagos, early Wednesday morning.
As the director of music of the Nigerian Police band, he composed the national anthem,  Arise O Compatriots” in May 1978. He retired in 1992 as a Deputy Commissioner of Police.
The new anthem “Arise, O Compatriots” replaced the older one “Nigeria, We Hail Thee.”
The lyrics are a combination of words and phrases taken from five of the best entries in a national contest.

Justin Bieber was recently kicked out of a L.A club for being underage. The 19-year old pop-star sneaked into the club to enjoy their Toxic Luau Beach Day party after being being bounced off by the club's security because he was not 21. He was noticed by rapper, The Game, who was performing and gave him a Shout-out from the stage. This alerted the security and hence, he was kicked out of the club..awww!

Cleric arrested for ritual acts

 
According to punchng.com, the Lagos State Police Command has arrested Gazali Akewadola, a self-proclaimed Islamic cleric and native doctor, for selling human parts.
The 60-year-old suspect was also accused of killing people and using their parts for ritual purposes.
The police added that Akewadola was a member of the gang that was recently arrested for exhuming corpses and selling their parts.
PUNCH Metro had reported on May 22, 2013 that the police arrested five members of a syndicate- Jamiu Adeleke, Ajibade Rafiu, Fatai Akiwowo, Kazeem Sanni and Agboola Kolawole – for selling human parts in Owode, Ogun State. 

According to Police authorities, Akewadola was nabbed after the five suspects that were initially arrested made confessional statements and led policemen to his hideout.
Akewadola, who is presently in custody of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, said he joined the illegitimate business because he needed the money to take care of his eight children.
He said, “I am an Islamic teacher and a cleric and I own an Islamic school in Owode, Yewa. I am also married with eight lovely children.
“I am also a native doctor. I cure people of ailments and help those who want to become rich quick. I use human parts to prepare charms and concoctions for them.”

When asked if he could sell the parts of his children, he said, “God forbid! I do ritual because the money I make from sales is used for the well-being of my children. Also, if I had killed my children and sold them, it could have aroused suspicion and my relations might expose me but if the people I use for the ritual are brought from far away, it is safer for me and my business.”
The native of Owode Yewa, Ogun State, said he initially started buying heads from Sanni at the cost of N3,000 but Sanni later increased the price to N8,000.

He said after sometime, he discovered that this was not lucrative and then decided to start buying human beings and then dismembering the corpses which he would use for various purposes.
He confessed that he ate some of the parts while the other parts were used in making charms for his customers.
He said a full live human being cost between N30, 000 and N40, 000.
He said, “It is cheaper to buy a live human. You get a lot of parts from it and it is more powerful because the efficacy of the charm or concoction you prepared with fresh parts cannot be compared with the ones you prepared with parts you got from the grave.

“For instance, a live human being will give you blood. There is charm you can prepare with it. The same body will give you hairs from private parts, head and moustache. You can also cut out private parts. Each part of human being is useful. Even the meat and intestine, liver, heart, eyes, lips, tongues can be used for pepper soup.
“If you buy full human being for N30, 000 or N40, 000 and dismember it, you can end up getting N100, 000 or more because you get more than ten parts and can yield good money.”
When asked why he ate human parts, he said, “It tastes so good and better than animal meat especially when taken with hot drink, or wine or beer but the most essence of eating it is to assure those who patronise us that it is eatable and sweet, and of spiritual and physical benefits. It can cure serious illness and can make one get rich quick.”

The suspect, who was not remorseful for his crime, said his only regret was that he had not become as rich as he wanted to be.
He feared that following his arrest, he would die a pauper.
“My regret is that I did not become rich even after selling human parts. I even found it difficult to feed my family sometimes,” he said.

Riot @ the University of UYO

The Engineering students of the University of Uyo this afternoon went for a peaceful demonstration to the office of the school's Vice Chancellor, Prof Comfort Ekpo, after the VC mandated students to pay N100 for the school bus which used to be free. The school management had shifted most of the Science student courses to the school's permanent site which is about 20 minutes drive from the main campus, and then made the shuttle N100. That means students will have to pay N200 to and fro everyday to the permanent campus for most of their lectures.

This was what the students were protesting this afternoon when things went crazy. The peaceful protest turned violent after security officials at the V.C's office tried to stop the students from gaining access to the Vice Chancellor.

The students allegedly retaliated by throwing stones at the security officials, who then called for police back-up which led to the riot. The police arrived the scene and aggravated the situation by firing shots at the students, killing at least one student. Some say two. Some say three.

Angry students now proceeded to burn down the VC's office, the exams and records building, and a security office. Students have been evacuated from the hostel, and the school has been shut down indefinitely.
